Where can I see my bids?

Open the link in your BidCraft request email. The same link shows your bids as they come in.

Why haven't contractors been contacted?

BidCraft contacts contractors only after you click the link in that email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or open your request page and ask us to send it again.

Can I change or cancel a request?

Email us with the job title. Once requests have gone out, we can stop collecting responses, but we can't take back emails already sent.

How do I respond to a quote request?

Use the link in the email to send a price, ask for a site visit or decline. You don't need an account.

How do I stop receiving quote requests?

Click the stop link at the bottom of any request, or email us from the address that received it.

Your data

To access, correct or delete your information, email us from the address involved. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Using BidCraft in an AI assistant

An assistant can help you write up the job and give you a private BidCraft link. It can't contact contractors for you. That happens only after you confirm by email.
