Pro — $49/month. Unlimited projects and bids, AI bid analysis, weather-aware scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration for up to 5 people.
Enterprise — $99/month. Everything in Pro, unlimited team members, Procore integration, custom labor rate data, and priority support.
Founding Members — while the Founding Member Pilot is open, contractors get 90 days of Pro free with no card, then can keep Pro at $39/month instead of $49, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. When the trial ends without a subscription the account moves to the Free plan.
