Free AI bid drafter for contractors (Quick Bid)

Quick Bid turns a plain-language project description into a draft contractor bid: itemized line items, a scope of work, and a total. It is free, needs no account, and allows one draft per email address.

How it works

  1. Paste a description of the project — what needs to be built, replaced or repaired, and where.
  2. Optionally upload a site photo. With a photo, BidCraft also generates an AI rendering of the finished project that you can share with your client.
  3. Enter your email. The bid is drafted in about 15 seconds (a rendering takes about two minutes) and a copy is emailed to you.

What you get

  • Line items sized to the actual scope, priced conservatively so the bid stays competitive. Pricing is currently anchored to the Utah market and defaults to mid-grade quality unless the description says otherwise.
  • A written scope of work you can edit.
  • An emailed copy, and the option to save the draft to a BidCraft account to customize it and send it to a client.

The draft is an AI-generated starting point. Verify pricing, quantities and scope against current costs and real site conditions before sending it to a client.
